The I/O Terminal simcard license provides advanced ECU programming and diagnostic capabilities for a wide range of FIAT and OPEL vehicles. This tool allows reading and writing operations, PIN code extraction, and odometer calibration, either via OBD or bench mode—no need to open the ECU.
